The perfect breakfast to warm up your morning, Vanilla Bean Yoghurt and Warm Oatmeal!

Ingredients

Half chopped Banana

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 cup of oats

five:am vanilla bean yoghurt

Method

Simply cook ¼ cup of oats in a small pot with ¾ cup water, adding half a chopped banana and 1 tsp ground cinnamon once cooked. Stir for 2-3 minutes until the banana has softened, adding liquid if necessary. Then, heat another pan over medium heat and melt 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and cut the remaining banana in half lengthwise. Place cut side down on the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, until golden and caramelised and remove from pan. Spoon your banana-cinnamon oats into a bowl and top with the cooked banana, a dollop of five:am vanilla bean yoghurt and an extra dash of cinnamon.
