Super creamy, super healthy… just all-over super really! These yogi pops with mango, banana, medjool dates and even a dash of raw chocolate will be your new indulgent taste of summer! Surfs up!

Ingredients

2 frozen mango cheeks (from 1 large mango)
1 medium sized frozen banana
3/4 Ð 1cup five:am organic natural no added sugar or greek yoghurt
5 medjool dates, pitted and halved
pieces of raw chocolate if desired

Method

1. In your food processor combine mango and banana and blend until a creamy consistency is formed.
2. Whilst blending, spoon even amounts of yoghurt into your popsicle moulds, then drop in half a date to each so it sits into the yoghurt.
3. Once fruit is blended, spoon evenly over the top of each yoghurt layer.
4. Drop pieces of raw chocolate into the fruit layer if desired and freeze for at least 6 hours.
