Give this super scrummy smoothie a whirl. The blend of berries, honey and yoghurt along with rolled oats, LSA and sunflower kernels, really hits the spot. And by using skim milk or soy, it’ll also be kind on your hips!

Ingredients

3/4 cup mixed berries
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp rolled oats
1 tbsp LSA (ground linseed, sunflower and almond)
1 tsp sunflower kernels
1 tbsp honey
170g tub five:am low fat strawberry + guava yoghurt
3/4 cup skim milk or soy milk

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse for 3 minutes.
