Crunchy organic deliciousness topped with fresh berries for the ultimate bite!
1 cup Cacao & Coconut Granola (you could use any granola from the range)
1 cup dates, pitted
1 cup Five AM Natural Yoghurt
½ cup berries and sliced banana to top
2 tbs crushed macadamias
- Pulse together granola and dates until the mixture becomes tacky and holds together.
- Place equal portions into a silicone muffin pan and press into the sides and bottom to create an edible patty pan.
- Freeze for thirty minutes.
- Remove from pan and spoon in yoghurt until just at the top of each tart.
- Top with berries, banana and macadamias then enjoy!
