1/4 cup five:am vanilla bean yoghurt
1 ripe banana
1 cup or organic frozen blueberries
1/2 cup organic almond milk
3 tbs LSA
1 tsp organic maca powder (optional)
2 tbs organic hemp seeds (optional)
2 tsp organic acai powder
1 Blend until smooth and top with bee pollen, cacao nibs, shredded coconut & organic rolled oats if you prefer.
