Dessert meet breakfast… breakfast meet dessert. That’s right, a dessert that’s healthy enough to have for breakfast! Now it doesn’t get any better than that. Delicious, rustic and sure to impress your taste buds.

Ingredients

2 tbsp coconut oil
3 apples, peeled and chopped
_ tsp ground ginger
_ tsp ground cinnamon
_ tsp nutmeg
2 tsp maple syrup (if you have a sweet tooth!)
2 cups five:am organic natural no added sugar yoghurt
2 cups of five:am organic apple crumble granola

Method

1. In a medium sized pan, cook apples, spices and maple syrup (optional) in coconut oil until soft and fragrant. Allow to cool completely.
2. Build your parfait by layering ingredients in a glass jar or cup. Spoon in yogurt, followed by granola then apples. Repeat with another layer. Top with a sprinkle of granola.
