five:am organic Greek style or natural yoghurt makes a great base for some healthy dips

Ingredients

Yoghurt and Mint Dip

  • 1 cup five:am Greek style Yoghurt
  • 1 handful of finely chopped mint
  • Sprinkle of sea salt and cracked pepper

Yoghurt and Dukkah Dip

  • 1 cup five:am Greek style Yoghurt
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Sprinkle of sea salt and cracked pepper

Yoghurt and Tahini Dip

  • 1 cup five:am Greek style Yoghurt
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • ½ crushed garlic clove
  • Sprinkle of sea salt and cracked pepper

Method

Combine ingredients together, drizzle with olive oil and serve chilled with chopped carrot, celery, capsicum or crackers.
